Any type of resampling will make the image more blurry. This will be very noticeable if you resample to a larger voxel size.
Due to limited resources, we cannot provide packages for all versions of Linux. We will attempt to make package for individual versions of Linux as time permits, and upon request.
After resampling images on BRAINS2 I got little blurry images in compare to the previous images. Is it normal after resampling? Really appreciate, if anyone give this answer or explain how I can avoid this blurring. I resampled according to the BRAINs2's User Guide.
Thanks,
Missing Packages for Fedora 6 Installation

I'm attempting to install Brains onto a Fedora 6 system, but it's coming back with this in the package installer:

Missing Dependency: /lib/tls/libc.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /lib/tls/libm.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXxf86vm.so.1 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libSM.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXpm.so.4 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXmu.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libICE.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4
Missing Dependency: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6 is needed by package brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4

The odd part is that the first two packages, libc.so.6 and libm.so.6 are both in right directores, yet the yum installer can't find it.

In regards to the X11 packages, where can I find supplementary ones for Fedora?

Thanks very much
