  <title>NITRC News Group Forum: release-of-corpus-callosum-segmentations-from-oasis-database</title>
  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2825</link>
<description>The Automatic Registration Toolbox (ART) project has released 316 corpus callosum segmentations from all normal subjects included in the OASIS cross-sectional data. Each segmentation includes a gray scale image representing the subject's mid-sagittal MRI slice and a binary image indicating the location of the mid-sagittal cross-sectional area of the corpus callosum. The data are available under ART’s OASIS1 Release as file OAS1_cc_normal.tar.gz. -- Thanks to the OASIS project for allowing redistribution of derived data from their database.</description>
