The Summer School is focused on computational modeling of brain functions at the cellular, network, and cognitive levels and on new emerging multiscale modeling techniques. Lectures also contain introductions to tools for multiscale modeling, databases, and sharing of data, as well as examples on how to do computational modeling of cognitive functions and neurological diseases. The course combines lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and question hours. This year special emphasis is put on increasing the time for practical exercises. Cofunded by the INCF Teaching & Training initiative.
