<div>cannot find C: .....\DCP_DATA_PRACTICE\n001\DTI\\DCP_DTI_DATA\dti_<strong>b0</strong>.nii</div>
<div>My DTI data is 30 directions with 5 b0 images in  a single .nii file per subject (plus .bvec and .bval files). </div>
<div>Do I need a separate .nii file within the folder? It seems the files cannot be uploaded.</div>
<div>I am brand new to DCP (DCP 2.0.- Matlab R2023)</div>

The program will run correctly only when input folder has correct structure. So you should organize the file structure according to toolbox manual.

I downloaded DCP1.1.zip in the https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=1180, extracted the compressed file and copied to the Matlab toolbox folder, but the DTI_Tracker, fsl_scrtip, and matlab_code files are not found in the DCP folder.

I installed the dcp pipeline and the GUI starts without any problems. However, when I put in a directory with T1 and DTI data it says:

It should work on Windows. Could you send me the error message?
