Hi,

I checked the files from v2.5. I found a subfolder named as "Register-Atlas-Into-MNI-Standard-Space". The nii files in this folder seems not corrected to MNI space (am I wrong?). I also found several files end with "0GenericAffine.mat". How am I supposed to use these files?

Sorry for the late reply. We haved added MNI space atlas in the new release.

UNC Infant Atlases V2.0 has been released

Hi all,

We have updated our atlases by using (a) new segmentation results with surface constraints
[1] and (b) new implemented groupwise-HAMMER tool [2].
[1] L. Wang, F. Shi, P.-T. Yap, W. Lin, J. H. Gilmore, and D. Shen, "Longitudinally
Guided Level Sets for Consistent Tissue Segmentation of Neonates," Human
Brain Mapping, p. In press, 2011.
[2] The groupwise-HAMMER
tool is now available with name “GLIRT” at [url=../projects/glirt/]http://www.nitrc.org/projects/glirt/[/url].

You can observe a better contrast and quality from the updated images.
