Pictures of QuickLook Plugin in Action

Just posted two screenshots of quicklook plugin in action. One screenshot shows the browsing of a large collection of T1 images in the Finder with the Cover Flow mode.

The other illustrates the fullscreen preview of a large set of images that should be invaluable for comparison across images.
QuickLook-like functionality in Linux

Linux does not currently support QuickLook-like functionality. I've developed a program called "ImageQuickLook" that simulates the functionality by taking an input image volume and outputting the corresponding preview image as a png file. It has been included in the DTITK regular binary release since 1.1. Check it out if you are interested. It will save you lots of time when browsing through a large set of images. You can use "ImageQuickLook" to first create the corresponding set of png files and quickly browse through the png files in a program like eog (Eye of Gnome).
