to set or add the path of the folder including executable file of SAS onDemand For Academics (web version)

Dear Sir,
I installed your "WFU_MMNET" toolbox in my linux system but my college is not providing SAS9.4 software so that i am using SAS onDemand For Academics (free web version).
I have a very keen interest to work on subnetwork and dynamic analysis on brain networks. But i am not able to set or add the path of the folder including executable file of SAS onDemand For Academics (web version).Kindly help me regarding this.
Regards
RE: Case Study Questions

Hi,

The results are located under the "Case_Study" folder on: "/Case_Study/Statistical_Model/Results".
The results from both SAS and R runs are provided in this folder (you can use either one of them depending on your software availability).

To successfully load the data files, you should notice that you must use MATLAB on a Linux OS and preferably a version of 2016b or above at this time. However, the modeling software (i.e., SAS or R) could be on a Windows OS as well. We have pointed out this in the manual. (We will be releasing an update very soon that can be used
with Matlab installed on Windows.) Also, you should choose "Connectivity Matrices" for the data type in the "Network_Model" GUI before loading the data files. You can see an example of a file list in the use manual (page 11 figure 6). An example file list for loading the data files of the case study is provided below:

.../Case_Study/Data/Imaging_Connectivty_Matrices/Sub01/FullyWtd_Aij_250_2.mat
.../Case_Study/Data/Imaging_Connectivty_Matrices/Sub02/FullyWtd_Aij_250_2.mat
.../Case_Study/Data/Imaging_Connectivty_Matrices/Sub03/FullyWtd_Aij_250_2.mat
.../Case_Study/Data/Imaging_Connectivty_Matrices/Sub04/FullyWtd_Aij_250_2.mat

...

.../Case_Study/Data/Imaging_Connectivty_Matrices/Sub15/FullyWtd_Aij_250_2.mat

Let us know if you had any further questions.
Apologies for the delayed response. I didn't get the email!

Peace,
RE: Case Study Questions

According to the User Manual, results of the Case Study are posted on NITRIC, but I have been unable to locate the results. I have located the data files, but have been unsuccessful in getting them to read in through WFU_MMNET Data FIles tab. I have tried reading files individually as well as using a file list. The files will open individually in MatLab as matrices, but they will not open through the WFU_MMNET Data File tab. The first file for Sub01 will open if read individually, but none of the other FullyWtd_Aij_250_2 files will load. I'm at a complete loss as to how to move forward. I have read the manual, and appear to be completely stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
