NITRC News Group Forum: abide-ii-and-cmi-healthy-brain-network-data-available-on-ir

The ABIDE II and Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network data sets are now available on NITRC-IR. The NITRC Image Repository allows for download of data as (release-based) projects and for cross-project searching and download of data.

These releases bring NITRC-IR to over 10,000 subjects and almost 60,000 scans.

Access to either new data set requires registration with NITRC and the 1000 Functional Connectomes project. Follow the "Request Access" link at http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/ for access.

To whom it May concern,
I want to make a study using the ABIDE dataset. For this I need a description of some of the sites that make up the ABIDE database. I couldn't find the definitions for MaxMun, SU, TCD and ONRC anywhere. Could you please tell me what these abbreviations mean? Thank you very much for your help.
