Hi there, Im using the brainstem template with ITK snap, and wanted to import a CSV file of label descriptions for the template. Does such a thing exist?

Thank you for the great Brainstem Navigator Atlas resource!  Are there any plans to provide an easy way to integrate it into FSLeyes' atlases?

Sorry. It was a pretty silly question. I resolved the issue myself.

Dear Brainstem Navigator experts,

Hi. I appreciate your work. I want to use your atlas, but when I checked it with AFNI command: 3dinfo, I figured out that it is on the original space rather than MNI or Talairach space (Please see the attached png file). It is pretty weird because its file name says MNI.

Do you have MNI or Talairach version of it? Thank you in advance.
