  <title>NITRC News Group Forum: harmonized-environment-for-multi-site-functional-mri</title>
  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9783</link>
<description>[Sharing] with you an exciting project from the Brain Initiative that is in the works to develop a harmonized vendor-agnostic environment for multi-site functional MRI studies. This project will establish and distribute a software environment to help fMRI researchers achieve consistent results across sites and scanner models. The initial goal is to reimplement sequences like SMS-EPI with slice-GRAPPA reconstruction.

There is a site being developed on GitHub https://harmonizedmri.github.io/ It will in part feature a community forum and they will be looking for early adopters.

Check it out!</description>
