   <description>The shared dataset consists of T1, FLAIR, and DTI images for 24 Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (TLE) patients along with their clinical outcomes as described in the following:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1- T1&lt;br /&gt;
2- FLAIR&lt;br /&gt;
3- Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI)&lt;br /&gt;
4- Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC)&lt;br /&gt;
The T1 folder includes the following image sets:&lt;br /&gt;
1- Skull-Stripped T1 images&lt;br /&gt;
2- Volume of interest for the manual segmentation of hippocampi&lt;br /&gt;
3- Brain segmented regions by FreeSurfer&lt;br /&gt;
The FLAIR folder includes:&lt;br /&gt;
1- Skull-Stripped FLAIR&lt;br /&gt;
2- Skull-Stripped T1 co-registered to the FLAIR&lt;br /&gt;
3- The volume of interest of hippocampi (manually segmented) co-registered to the FLAIR&lt;br /&gt;
The DTI folder includes the following image sets:&lt;br /&gt;
1- Diffusion Weighted Images (DWIs)&lt;br /&gt;
2- Fractional Anisotropy (FA)&lt;br /&gt;
3- Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC)&lt;br /&gt;
4- Axial and radial diffusivity maps (AD &amp;amp; RD)&lt;br /&gt;
5- Geometry Shapes and the Eigen Value images of the tensor&lt;br /&gt;
The ADC folder includes:&lt;br /&gt;
1- ADC map images&lt;br /&gt;
2- Skull-Stripped T1 co-registered to the ADC map.&lt;br /&gt;
3- The volume of interest of hippocampi (manually segmented) co-registered to the ADC map.</description>
