   <description>The current release includes the 7T probabilistic atlas derived from the group average magnetisation transfer image of the LC (Priovoulos et al., 2018) with a semi-automated segmentation pipeline (n=53, 52-84 years). The LC map was thresholded at different levels (0%, 5%, 25%) to account for the trade-off between sensitivity and specificity. Values within each voxels represent the group-level probabilities.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The atlases can be binarised to create the corresponding LC masks for different research purposes. The isotropic 0.5 mm ICBM152 (International Consortium for Brain Mapping) T1-weighted asymmetric template (v2009b, Fonov et al., 2011) used during the registration is also provided. The ICBM152 T1 template was cropped to match the version of the MNI atlas in FSL6, under the copyright below:&lt;br /&gt;
