<p>This is a minor update that improves how CLSM handles lesion mask images with lesions near brain edges, and also fixes a minor error in brain smoothing.  Simply overwrite (or rename) the original files with the same names with the ones in the update zip file.  Finally we add the GPL-3 license.</p>
