gtree Debug/Release Libraries for GTree VS 2017

This archive contains the following prebuilt libraries for VS 2017 except Qt 5:
eigen3.3.7
hdf5 1.12.0 debug/release
libsvm
libtiff 4.1.0
tree.hh
vtk 8.2.0 debug/release
zlib 1.2.11

Except hdf5 and vtk, other libraries can be imported in both debug and release project.
The prebuilt VTK library is bound to Qt 5.12.5.

1 Add vcredist_msvc2017_x64.exe in archive. If error "VCOMP140.dll not found" occurs, please install this C++ runtime file.
2 Except Qt5 and VTK, other libraries are statically link in GTree.exe thus the corresponding dynamic linker files are no need.
3 Update Qt 5.11.3 to Qt 5.12.5. Update VTK 8.0 to VTK 8.2.
4 Fix bugs.

Update Qt 5.11.3 to Qt 5.12.5. Update VTK 8.0 to VTK 8.2.

1. Add images batch tracing
2. Add radius estimation of traced neurites (precise when x-,y-,z- resolution ratio of image is 1:1:1)
3. Support large-scale tracing of H5 file. The operation is the same as brain-wide tracing.
4. Add shape reconstruction of neurites in neuron population
5. Support dragging a tif or a swc file into GTree
6. Fix bugs.
