This is the last release of RAVE 1.0 before fully switch to RAVE 2.0.

Most functions have been offloaded to modern packages: ravetools, ravecore, ravepipeline, ravedash, where the classes, pipelines, workflows, and UI dashboards have been fully re-designed and are more reproducible.

From the next release, most obsolete functions will be replaced and the RAVE 1.0 code will not work. Please check our docker builds if RAVE 1.0 is still needed. https://hub.docker.com/r/dipterix/rave

This is a beta release for RAVE 1.0.

Uses `threeBrain` version 0.1.4 [Github Release](https://github.com/dipterix/threeBrain/releases/tag/0.1.4), [CRAN Release](https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/threeBrain/). Source code is attached to this release.

This is a purely web-based 3D viewer designed to be displayed on modern web browsers that have WebGL enabled. The read-in format supports `FreeSurfer` structure and part of `AFNI/SUMA` files.
