Backend:
This release is another large refactor of the compose and neurstore backends, reduced the amount of data send to the project list endpoint, and optimized some loadings of objects at endpoints. The meta-analysis-results endpoint structure changed, and some of the endpoints are are changed in the compose backend.

refactored how CI and development is handled to a more production ready environment
