Datasets associated used to develop diffusion models for motion correction in head CT. It contains 80 training volumes and 20 validation volumes of fixed CT, and 72 patients with fixed and portable CT within 2 days as testing volumes.

Portable PCCT v1-20260225

Portable PCCT volumes reconstructed using offline software. All images were reconstructed into 0.49 mm pixel size and slice thickness of 0.707 mm for 6x5 binning or 0.848 mm for 3x3 binning. Each volume has three channels (>30 keV, >40 keV, >50 keV).

Each 7z package also contains an MECT calibration phantom for the patients in that package.
