Minor update release

An update release of the full C8 package with the following changes

1) Much better at dealing with a fornix being attached to the callosum.
2) A few more output variables added e.g. total callosum length,
location of angle relative to the centriod, MNI space thickness.
3) A few minor bugs fixed
4) Should be a little bit faster.
