   <description>DRAMMS is a general-purpose, fully-automatic deformable registration toolbox for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D registration of image from various organs, modalities and in various settings (cross-subject, longitudinal, single-/multi-modality). It's easy to install and use --- two input images, one output registered image and (optionally) output deformation field. It has been extensively tested for raw, pre-processed and pathology-bearing brain MR images, and is now being used for more than 10 single-/multi-site clinical/research studies.</description>
