REPLICA v01 2017 Sept 25

The first release of REPLICA: Regression Ensembles with Patch Learning for Image Contrast Agreement is available for download. REPLICA addresses some of the shortcommings of MIMECS. Such as Whole Head T2 synthesis and FLAIR synthesis (with and without lesions). REPLICA is also considerable faster than MIMECS.

Complete details of the REPLICA framework are available in Jog et al., "Random forest regression for magnetic resonance image synthesis", Medical Image Analysis, 35:475-488, 2017.
