We are excited to announce a major release of TAPAS: v4.0.0.

In addition to updates to existing toolboxes, this release comes with a new toolbox “ceode” to integrate delay differential equations (DDEs) underlying convolution based Dynamic Causal Models for ERPs.

For the first time, we also release task code: the filter detection task (FDT).
Dear NITRC-users,

we are happy to announce a new release 3.1.0 of our TAPAS software suite on GitHub: https://translationalneuromodeling.github.io/tapas/#download

It includes updates to most of our toolboxes (HGF, HUGE, PhysIO, rDCM, SERIA), including several bug fixes, improvements to the documentation, new models, and Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) support. See https://github.com/translationalneuromodeling/tapas/releases for a full list of changes.

More information on TAPAS in general can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/translationalneuromodeling/tapas/blob/master/README.md
Dear NITRC-users,

we are happy to announce a new release 3.0.0 of our TAPAS software suite on GitHub: https://translationalneuromodeling.github.io/tapas/

Besides updates to most of our toolboxes (HGF, MPDCM, PhysIO, SERIA), we have two new 'tapas' for DCM:

• HUGE: Variational Bayesian inversion for hierarchical unsupervised generative embedding (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2018.06.073).
• rDCM: DCM-based, efficient inference on effective brain connectivity for fMRI (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2018.05.058).
