RE: Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
Hi everyone,
I am trying to download the ADHD 200 datasets and am logged into NITRC, but when I submit the request I am simply redirected to the page (where only Download Images is written). I included the request, in case I am doing something wrong. Also, I know it says that I should wait for a few minutes, but another window never pops up.
The strange thing is, I can download the files if I only request one sample from the list. I really would not like to have to repeat this action almost a 1000 times.
Did someone else have the same problem? Also, is there a way to solve this? Any help would be appreciated!
Best,
Bojana

RE: Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
Hello everyone,
I am a student and want to take on this as a project for one of my courses, but as I posted above I can't download the data. I am looking into solutions for the problem, but in the meantime, I had another question.
As you know, the model can be moved through on different levels of depth in the brain, so I was hoping you would know which image or images should be taken in order to achieve the best detection of the frontotemporal reduction of size in the positively labelled ADHD samples.
Thank you in advance,
Bojana

Hi,
I am having the same issue where I am on the http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/adhd200/ site to download the datasets, but upon clicking login, it just re-directs me to the beginning of the page and does not let me login to download. Is this a permission issue?
Thanks.

RE: Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
Hello,
I'm having a very similar problem to the one originally outlined here. I've successfully downloaded the data from the NYU study, but the phenotypic file is nowhere to be found. When I click on "Releases" at the bottom of the "New York University Child Studies Center" tab, a button appears, labeled "Login to NITRC", but upon clicking it, it simply refreshes the page. Would someone be able to guide me through finding the phenotypic file for the 263 NYU participants?
Best,
Daichi

RE: Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
Hello,
I am new to the neuroimaging. I want to persue my research on ADHD 200 dataset for classification of ADHD/TD.
Currently, NITRC has made available the preprocessed images from 8 different sites. To work on this data, i am having some doubts:
1. Should we need data from all of these sites or data from single site would do . For a single site, what files we need to download.
2. From where to find the ground truth used in the project.
Regards,
Deepika

Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
我有权限下载ADHD200数据集,但是下载的时候,点击提交按钮,提示页面不存在。使用网站上的虚拟机尝试下载ADHD200数据集,结果相同。请问,有什么解决办法吗?

RE: Problem Downloading ADHD 200 Datasets
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the data
I'm now trying to download the ADHD 200 datasets, but facing the same, possibly, permission problem: when I click the login button just below each "Release" section in the ADHD200 page, I seem to be redirected into the same page...
And also I tried the download via Amazon S3 but could not with Cyberduck in Mac.
So it'd be appreciated if you kindly let me know how I can download the ADHD 200 data directly from the ADHD200 page or via Amazon S3 server.
Best wishes,
Takamitsu
