RE: Problems with downloading the indi data
Hello Jaime,

ass Dan indicated you are required to request access first (which is granted to all). I've taken the liberty of adding your nitrc username to the list of registered users. You should be able to download now. Make sure you login to nitrc first.

Cheers,
Maarten

RE: Problems with downloading the indi data
Seems like that the files for "Weeks 36-39" are confused:

Clicking
LiteNifti (  http://www.nitrc.org/frs/downloadlink.ph...  ) gives me the normal nifti

and so forth
Only the XNAT Dicom is correct

The file content seems to be correct too (checked lite dicom and xnat nifti)

RE: Problems with downloading the indi data
Hi,

I'm having trouble downloading ABIDE datasets. I have successfully downloaded data as recently as last week, however today I get an error message in chrome saying "This webpage is not available". The link in the top of the window is ftp://www.nitrc.org/export/home/indiuploader/abide_mrdata_r01_release/ImagingData/USM.tgz.

Is there something funny going on?

Thanks
Heath

Hello, please activate my account. Btw, may I ask if I just use INDI-Lite, do I still have to install Virtual Box? (I'm using Ubuntu)

Thanks for your help.

Hi Dan,

I have also sent an access request for "ABIDE" data several times. Would it be possible to check the status of this as well?

Thanks so much in advance!

RE: Problems with downloading the indi data
Hi Maarten,

I faced problems downloading the data set http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi... It returns the message "You have not chosen a tool/resource, or you have chosen a private tool/resource that you do not have permission to access". I am a registered nitrc user, and also send the indi access request, but I have not gotten any reply. When I try to send the request again, it shows the message " You are already a member of this tool/resource development team". Can you possibly help me fix this problem? Previously, I had tried to download subject phenotypic data from the ABIDE I data set and had the same problem. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

I've checked your account and you should be good now (at least for the parts that I can check). Can you try again - make sure you are logged in to nitrc.
