Change in the number of slices after normalisation
Dear all,
I am preprocessing some resting-state data on SPM12 and realised that with normalisation the x,y, and z dimensions are changed (using the default SPM values for the bounding box).
After normalisation, some of the subsequent steps require the number of slices to be specified again (e.g. 1st level GLM).
Should I input the original number of slices or should I specify the "new" value I get after normalisation?
