Problem with MPI executing Yuki2.1 under Linux 18.04
Hello Dr. Ardekani,
Yuki produces awesome results and I would like to use it as part of my pipeline. I downloaded yuki2.1, installed it following "Getting started with Yuki version 2.1" and executed it on Linux. I tried several different ways, but it did not work. The error I get is always like this:
-------------------------------------------------------
Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code.. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.
-------------------------------------------------------
yuki2.1-1.6.3: error while loading shared libraries: libmpi.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
yuki2.1-1.6.3: error while loading shared libraries: libmpi.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

yuki2.1-1.6.3: error while loading shared libraries: libmpi.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mpirun detected that one or more processes exited with non-zero status, thus causing
the job to be terminated. The first process to do so was:
Process name: [[45670,1],0]
Exit code: 127
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The problem seems to be related to standard libraries passed to the openMPI through the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. As said, I tried several configurations and compilations regarding openMPI, but it did not work. I would like to know if you have a stand-alone Yuki's version? If not, do you have some code or recommendations to fix this issue? Thanks for considering my request.
