I performed tracing using ultratracer in terafly format image, and wanted to load the .swc result in terafly for proofreading, but the 'Load Annotation' option is restricted to .ano files in my case. I saw in your papers that 'Load Annotation' should be able to open .swc files as well, so is there any simple things I missed?

I think you can use the plug-in linker_file > Linker_File_Generator > for all SWC files under a directory.
