Hi BrainNet Developers, 
I just wanted to ask whether you can visualise intrinsic (self) connections using the toolbox? The connections are part of the matrix (i.e. when I set up the matrix the first value in the first row and column is the self-connection strength of node 1) but are not being displayed. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Kristian, 

Thanks for using BrainNet Viewer. The diagonal of the matrix is not displayed in BrainNet Viewer. To display the strength of node, please input the strength to the 5th column of the node file.
