I am getting the following error message when trying to read in the shen parcellation (attached) in CONN. Any words of advice

Hi Gerome,

As far as I can tell the issue here is that your shen parcellation file seems corrupted, the full file (from https://www.nitrc.org/projects/bioimages...) should be around 3 Mb while your version is only around 750 Kb. I would recommend simply to download it again and re-import it into CONN
