I'm running a working memory experiment in which each trial is very long (35 s). Each trials consists of several events. Hence the time difference between the events I'm inetereted to compare is also very long around 35 s and more. In this case I was wondering whether It is possible to run a task based connectivity analysis to compare the events. Is such a design efficient for connectivity analysis?
