Dear CONN-community,

I am aiming to run DCM after having identified intriguing functional connectivities in CONN. However, it seems that first-level SPM.mat files would be necessary for that. My question is: Is there a way to get such files put out by CONN? Or to convert currently existing files accordingly, so that one does not have to start over?
As all previous threads I could find on this topic never came to a solution, I thought I would give 2019 a fresh chance!

Hello! I am planning to do something similar and compare connectivity networks. I was wondering if you had ever figured this out, or if there is a way within CONN where we would be able to determine whether certain connectivity patterns or networks are more probable than others?
