Vaa3D join all reconstructed parts of a neuron into one image
Hello,
Thank you for the Vaa3D. This program is amazing!
I have one problem, which I couldn't solve. I would appreciate any suggestion.
I have an image of the full neuron which consists of 3 images stacks. Each of the 3 stacks represented different parts of the same neuron. As a result, after I reconstructed all of the parts of the neuron, I have three separate and consecutive images of the same neuron.
But I don't know how to join all of the 3 reconstructed part into 1 full neuron.
I have tried Neuron Stitcher plugin, but it didn't work in a right way.
Thank you for the answers.
