Matrix size
Dear Andrew,
I have small number of ROIs, my matrix is 7*7 (each ROI represents a subcortical brain region).
Since the NBS works based on the graph-theory based sparse matrix, I was wondering is there any issue for the small matrix comparsion? Thanks a lot.
Best,
Li-Ming

RE: Matrix size
Hi Li-Meng,
there are no particular concerns in relation to application to small connectivity matrices. It should work fine.
However, for the case of 7 x 7, the 21 unique connections can probably be examined individually.
