mm or voxel coordinates
Dear BrainNet experts,

I need to create a set of nodes from an atlas, and I thought I could use fslstats to get the coordinates of the roi centroids. However, the fslsats command has two outputs that could be used for that, one produce mm coordinates and the other voxel coordinates.

What should I use?

Many thanks

RE: mm or voxel coordinates
Dear Lorenzo,

BrainNet Viewer uses mm as unit of the node. By the way, you can also use BrainNet_GenCoord.m to create node file from an atlas.

Best,
Mingrui

Thanks for the answer!

I did not know of the GenCoord script, I will certainly use this instead of fslstats.

Thanks again.
