I wonder if, beside the Pearson correlation which calculates the linear correlations, nonlinear correlations could be calculated in conn toolbox.
The manual way for this of course is to borrow each time series and use a nonlinear correlation formula (Mutual Information for instance). But I wonder if there is a better way to do this in conn toolbox.
