Time series extraction from AAL atlas
Dear Dr. Alfonso and CONN experts
My resting-state fMRI data (TR = 2s, 245 volumes) were preprocessed using default pipelines, and various analyses (i.e., ALFF, ROI-ROI measures, seed-to-voxel connectivity) were successfully done by using CONN v18b.
For further graph analysis using BRAPH (http://braph.org/), I want to extract time series from 116 regions defined by AAL atlas.
The correct xls or mat file format for BRAPH seems to consist of 116 horizontal lines (116 AAL regions) and 245 vertical lines (extracted time series values from 245 EPI volumes).
Is there a simple way to make this mat or xls file?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kim
