I have a technical question regarding VBM. If we have a set of patients MPRAGE images acquired during intravenous contrast injection, are they still usable for VBM estimation without contaminating the grey matter segments with wrong contrast intensity? In another word, does the contrast intensity affect the segmentation process and eventually estimating the probability of a voxel to be assigned to different tissue types?
