Exporting timecourse after computing ICA Networks
Dear CONN experts,
I have completed my CONN analysis, but I am wondering if there is any way to export the timecourse for each subject for each ICA network.
Sincerely,
Wilson Ho, Psychology Student

Hi Federico
Those timeseries are stored in the file named ICA.Timeseries.mat within your conn_*/results/firstlevel/V2V_01/ folder
Best
Alfonso
