Which FA maps to use for TBSS
To generate FA maps I chose the adavanced setttings under DTI processing and checked the tensor option. The output gives me 2 files. One simply named FA and the other with FA_dti. When opened on MRIcron the FA values are different. Can anyone explain what the tensor model is doing to change the FA values.
