Dual Regression Group ICA in FSL
Hi
I'm just wondering if we can take the first level group ICA data processed in CONN and run dual regression in FSL.
All I can see is ICA.Maps is my input instead of melodic_IC. Anybody done this before if so can you give me some examples/ hint? Thank you.
