Color positive/ negative correlations with different colors in Graph Theory results.
Dear all,

I have the attached result from graph theory part in the 2nd level results.
I wanted edges to be correlation coefficients, which is well done. However, I need the viewer of my graph to be able to distinguish between positive and negative correlations at a glance (and not in separate images). A color heat which assigns dark blue to dark red to -1 to +1 correlations respectively, would be great. Or at least a way to color positive correlations with red and negative ones with blue.

I can some how have the image I want from the result explorer tab.
But because the number of nodes I need to take into consideration at once is a bit high (AAL: 116 nodes), connections are not clear (they merge into each other) when using result explorer image.  And I want to have my graph on the top of the brain background, so the connectme ring cant help me as well.

I would very much appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks in advance,
Zahra
