I could convert most of the dicoms but for some subjects I am not able to convert the dicoms to nifti and get the following error: Any help greatly appreciated

1.) If you have any issues, the first thing to do is check that you are using the latest version (currently v1.0.20190902). 
2.) Looks like all you have is warnings, I assume all the images converted normally. A web search suggests that this warning is telling you that these images were touched by a buggy version of the GE image server that inserted a thumbnail image in a clumsy way. Unfortunately, the implementation of the thumbnail violates the DICOM standard. Therefore, while dcm2niix handles these, these corrupted images may likely cause problems with other tools that expect valid DICOM images. For archival purposes, I would check the providence of these DICOM images and see if you can get a copy of these images before they were corrupted. Also, I would see if you can get your GE PACS server upgraded to fix future images from being corrupted. GE is a professional company and has an obligation to live up to their DICOM conformance statement.
