Where to find Video Tutorial for running DKE using GUI.
In the Diffusional Kurtosis Estimator User's Guide (Version 2.6.0)
posted on February 2015, there is a link to a video tutorial for
running DKE using the GUI.

Unfortunately that video does not exist anymore. However, the manual (https://medicine.musc.edu/departments/ce...) should help you get started.
