Clinical toolbox
Dear All,

I m recently using Clinical toolbox to normalise MR of Old patients with Stroke.
I have some difficulties in understanding the templates provided with the toolbox.

More precisely:

1.I got that in the location ..spm12\toolbox\Clinical\Tutorial\tutorial I have models of T1 and T2 with lesion and/or lesion on T1 or T2.
2. At the location: spm12\toolbox\Clinical\Tutorial\high_res or ..\spm12\toolbox\Clinical  I find several 'healthy' (=without lesion) brains.

I' m wondering what is the template that is used by the toolbox when in the normalization process I use the option 'T1 older'.

Honestly, by overlapping all these 'healthy' templates with the standard (young) T1 MNI152, I don't see any difference.

Please, give me some feedback to understand the organization of the folders and the characteristics of the files.

Thank you so much,

Giannarita
