Getting significant clusters in white-matter
I've been getting a lot of significant clusters entirely within
white matter. Does this suggest I'm doing something wrong? I've
tried altering the white-matter confound dimensions on the
denoising step, but it doesn't change things.
Thanks!

RE: Getting significant clusters in white-matter
Hi there,
Was there ever any resolution to this issue? Or any explanation?
I am also getting numerous significant clusters in WM (specifically around the ACC and PCC).
I don't think this is an issue with my dataset, preprocessing, or CONN analysis parameters- I am only getting this with one analysis with a specific second-level covariate. This second level covariate has been z-scored and entered into my model just as my other second level covariates.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Meg
