I am using BrainNet to create a surface plot. I use as surface file the default "BrainMesh_ICBM152_smoothed.nv" and then as mapping i choose a nii file that is my atlas with values from 0 to 7 (0 is outside brain and 1-7 are labels of regions).

I get a nice output but in some locations there are some small clusters with null values. In reallity, I should have label values (1-7) in these location as well.

Any idea?
