I'm a student of the last year of medicine and I'm working for my thesis. The professor who I am working with proposed me to make a meta-analysis about the reorganization of brain function. I tried to search some articles, but most of them are without coordinates or in any case I cannot find enough papers for a meta-analysis.
So she said that I can try to make the same but with resting-state fMRI, but I found on a study that for this studies it's best to work with ROI analysis, so I'm not expecting to find enough papers even here. Is that correct?? Are all the studies based on rsMRI done with ROI analysis??

I have another question: can I make a metanalysis with SDM without inserting the control group (just the coordinates of the patients)?????
