how to get the t_thr and converate the multiple comparisons p to t
Dear, sdm project team
I have two problem in using the new version of sdm (SDM-PSI version 6.12 (Aug 2019)).
1 Did I need find the correct t_thr？
if I make a mistake,what will be happen?
"If you are unsure, a conservative option might be typing the t-value corresponding to p=0.001 uncorrected (about 3.1, larger in smaller studies).
However, if authors applied cluster-based statistics, we suggest using the t-value threshold used tocreate clusters, which may be <3.1."
2. How can I use the online signifcant value converater to transform the p value,
for example in n1=13, n2=15, voxel FDR .05, p=.05, should I transfrom to the uncorrection p?
