Neonatal spinal cord imaging
Hi,
I am currently working on cervical spinal cord data from neonates, however their preprocessing is very hard, mainly because of restricted anatomical dimension and because of slices containing the brain. I am trying to find a way to correctly removing slices not belonging to cervical spinal cord.
Please find attached my data.
thank you,
Rosella

I would use MRIcroGL. The Import/Tools/Crop menu item allows you to interactively
remove regions you are not interested in. I am not familiar with
your domain of research, so I am not sure what other processing
steps you will want, but the interactive cropping should be a good
start.
