I am very fortunate to use this toolbox, but I have encountered some problems during use and hope to be solved.

1. Whether functional connectivity of event-related task-state fMRI can be calculated using Block design？Same as resting state?（in the "Condition", only block design can be selected）

2. In my research, I have 2 group(G1 & G2), with CS+, CS- & Rest. I design contrast like this:
CS+: onset time [14 ...] duration [4]
CS-: onset time [18 ...] duration [4]
Rest: onset time [1...] duration [10]

3. Are the results of ROI-ROI functional connectivity of my research [1 -1 0 0 0](Group) *[1 -1](CS+/CS-) same as resting state t-test?
