Dear all
I need to color the brain regions like the following image. I used brain net viewer but i dont know how it is possible to color regions with specific color.

hi
please try to label the voxels of different regions with a specific value in the nii file, and use a custom-defined color bar to map the volume file to the surface (see manual for how to define custom color-bar).
